Family Gathering is a time designed specifically for our MAPS Global spiritual family to come together and celebrate everything that God has done this past year, strengthen relationships, and to look forward to what is to come. There is no registration cost, and it is only open to our staff, community, and friends in ministries that we partner with. It will not be opened up to the general public.

What’s the difference between Family Gathering and AG25?
The main difference between Family Gathering and Annual Gathering is the audience that they are each designed for. Family Gathering is for MAPS Global Staff, ministry partners, and church community. Annual Gathering is a prayer, worship, and missions conference designed for the MAPS community and also people across the Earth who are interested in any (or all) of these different areas.
Can I invite my friends and family to Family Gathering?
The content and planning for Family Gathering is designed to relate to people who have context for who MAPS Global is and are a part of our greater spiritual family. With this in mind, Annual Gathering would be the event to invite friends and family outside of MAPS too!
Do we need to register for Family Gathering?
You need to sign-up for Family Gathering. It is a free event with the option to purchase on-site meals, but we do need registration for tracking and childcare (if necessary) purposes.
Do we need to register for childcare for Family Gathering?
We will provide free childcare during Family Gathering during the following times: July 31st (Thursday morning and afternoon), August 1st (Friday morning and afternoon)
We will NOT provide free childcare during Family Gathering on Monday or Tuesday. We are offering Global Kids Camp during the day August 4-8 Monday-Friday. If you are interested, keep your eyes open for registration coming soon.
Why is there a cost to AG25?
The cost of Annual Gathering goes directly to covering all of the things that make it such a great event, such as:
Bringing in incredible speakers and worship leaders
Creating engaging break-out sessions
Lunch each day
Making and keeping The Beautiful Campus beautiful!
Do you need help?
Yes, a needs list is coming soon to sign up to volunteer at Family Gathering and/or AG25!
How do I communicate securely to make sure our missionaries are protected?
Please follow the following guidelines to keep our missionaries safe
Do not post any photos or videos that include any of our overseas missionaries
Do not use their names in any communication online
Is it going to be recorded and/or live streamed?
Family Gathering sessions will not be recorded or live-streamed.
Will there be merchandise?
Yes - be on the lookout for new and exclusive merchandise at Family Gathering and AG25!
What sessions can I attend?
All sessions are open to our spiritual family Family Gathering except for two organizational sessions which are only for evergreen, part- and full-time staff.
